摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分离鉴定藿香正气丸中的挥发性成分,通过筛选固相微萃取纤维,优化固相微萃取操作条件,并采用GC-MS对解析物进行分离鉴定.共鉴定出73种组分,主要为烃类倍半萜类化合物.其中,广藿香醇含量最高,为17.6%.结果表明,本实验方法适用于藿香正气丸中挥发性成分的快速分析. Headspace solid-phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME) technique was employed to extract the volatile compounds from Huoxiang Zhenqi Wan. The volatile components were isolated and identified successfully by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC- MS). The volatiles were collected using several SPME parameters(including extraction time and temperature). The best response was obtained using a PDMS 'fiber by HS- SPME when the extraction temperature was 80 ℃, extraction time was 20 min and desorption time was 5 min. Seventy-three components were identified by HS-SPME. The main components were sesquiterpenoid hydrocarbons compounds. The results showed that the HS-SPME technique can be used to extract the volatile components from HS- SPME-GC-MS.
