摘要
目的:对保济丸中化橘红的分离与含量测定。方法:利用薄层色谱法对保济丸中的化橘红进行定性鉴别。采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,25 um),以甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61)为流动相,检测波长为283 nm,测定柚皮苷含量。结果:供试品薄层色谱图中,在与对照品相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。柚皮苷在0.06-0.054 mg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.74%,RSD为2.49%。结论:该方法稳定,结果可靠,重复性好,可作为保济丸质量控制标准之一。
Objective: To separate and determine the contents of Naringin in baojiwan pills.Methods: Naringin were detected by thin-layer chromatography.The contents of Naringin in baoji pills was determined by HPLC with Hypersil ODS column,and methanol:acetic acid:water(35:4:61) as a mobile phase,the detection wave length at 283nm.Results: Naringin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.06-0.54 mg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 97.74%and RSD was2.49%.Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to control the quality of Baoji pills.
