摘要
分析研究广藿香挥发油的主要化学成分和寻找更多可作为广藿香挥发油质量评价的指标。方法 :用气质联用技术和标准图谱检索对照、核对和补充检查的方法分离和鉴定各化学组分 ,用离子流色谱峰面积归一法计算各化学成分的相对含量。结果 :分离出 6 4个化学组分 ,并鉴定其中 31个化学成分和计算各组分的相对含量。结论 :主要成分为广藿香醇 (31.6 6 % )、广藿香酮 (2 3.5 8% ) ,其它成分是丁香烯、广藿香烯、愈创木烯、法尼醇及它们的异构体等。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents and to find more parameters used for the quality evaluation of the essential oils from Pogstemon cablin benth. Method: the components were separated and identified by GC MS and match with NIST/EPA/NIH library, the relative contents in percentage were calculated by peek area normalization method. Result: more than 64 constituents were separated and 31 constituents were identified. Conclustion: the main constituents are Potchouli alcohol (31.66%), pogostone (23.58%), guaiene, patchoulene, caryophyllene, farnesol and their isomers. patchouli alcohol and pogostone could be used for the quality evaluation of the essential oils of Pogstemon cablin benth.
