摘要
在水温23.8~25.3℃条件下,对黑尾近红鲌仔鱼的生长进行了研究,并对其发育特征进行了描述。结果表明:黑尾近红鲌胚胎孵化后,经历40d发育到仔鱼期结束,1~4d为仔鱼前期,5~40d为仔鱼后期。仔鱼的体长日均增长0.40mm,体质量日均增加4.18mg。体长与日龄增长呈直线相关,L=4.9717+0.3041d(R2=0.9885,P<0.01,n=750),而体长和体质量关系呈幂函数关系,W=0.0201L3.007(R2=0.9987)。
The growth and development of larval Ancherythroculter nigrocauda Yih et Woo were investigated at a water temperature of 23.8-25.3℃.The results showed that the development of the Ancherythroculter nigrocauda Yih et Woo was divided into two phases: pre-larva and post-larva,which lasted 1-4 and 5-40 days,respectively.The body length and body weight of An-cherythroculter nigrocauda Yih et Woo increased 0.4 mm and 4.18 mg every day on average,respectively.The linear relation model between body length and age is L=4.9717+0.3041d,(R2=0.9885,P0.01,n=750),and the curve relation model between body length and body weight is W=0.0201 L3.007(R2=0.9987).
