摘要
研究随机抽取福建纹胸鮡标本238尾,以脊椎骨为主要年龄鉴定材料,胸鳍棘切片作对照,相符率达91.89%.年轮主要形成于3,4,5月,种群由5个年龄组组成,以2,3年龄组为主.生长特点属均匀生长型,体长与体重呈指数关系:W=0.0128 L3.2131(r=O.9019).推算各龄体长,得Von Bertalanffy生长方程:Lt=14.02[1-e-0.2541(1+0.0969)],Wt=61.9193[1-e-0.2541(t+0.0696)3.2131.体重生长拐点年龄t=4.53龄,对应L=9.6743 cm,W=18.7977 g.第1~2龄生长迅速,且2龄年增积量最大.对年龄鉴定材料和数据的处理方法进行了探讨.
From March, 1997 to March, 1998, 238 random specimens of Glyptothorax fukiensis which were from the Jialing River were used in the experiment. The vertebra is investigated using the pectoral spine as control. The rate of coinsistence between both is 91.89 percent. The annual rings was mainly developed in March, April and May. The population include 5 age groups. Growth characteristic is equally developed, the body length and the weight is exponential correlated,as W= 0.0128 L3.2131(r =0.9019). The optimal regression equations can be scribed by Von Bertalanffy equation as :Lt = 14.02[1-e-0.2541(t+0.0696) ] Wt =61.9193[1-e-0.2541(1+0.0696)]3.2131 The age of 4.53 years is the cutoff of body weight growth with body length 9.6743 cm and body weight 18.7977 g. The fast growing period is between the age of one and two. The ways of dealing with the material and data are discussed,and meanings of investigation are explained.
