摘要
用生物化学方法测定了一龄和二龄黑尾近红鲌(Ancherythroculter nigrocauda)肝胰脏及肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性,并对两个年龄组个体的上述消化酶活性分别进行了比较。实验测得一龄鱼蛋白酶活性大小为前肠>中肠>后肠>肝胰脏,二龄鱼蛋白酶活性大小为中肠>前肠>后肠>肝胰脏;两个年龄组淀粉酶活性变化趋势相同,为肝胰脏>中肠>后肠>前肠;两个年龄组消化道中脂肪酶活性变化趋势也基本相同,为后肠>中肠>前肠>肝胰脏。总体来看,一龄鱼消化酶活性大于二龄鱼,蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性差异显著,而脂肪酶活性差异不显著。结果表明:在二龄鱼人工配合饲料中,要适当减少蛋白质和碳水化合物的比例。
Activities of protease, amylase and lipase from hepatopancreas and gut of 1 year old and 2 years old Ancherythroculter nigrocauda were analyzed by using biochemical technique, and the three digestive enzyme activities of the two groups were also compared. Results showed that activities of protease in different digestive parts of 1 year old fish ranged as follows: foregut 〉 midgut 〉 hindgut 〉 hepatopancreas, whereas in 2 years old fish activities of protease were midgut 〉 foregut 〉 hindgut 〉 hepatopancreas. The amylase activities were hepatopancreas 〉 midgut 〉 hindgut 〉 foregut in both 1 year old and 2 years old fish. Also, the lipase activities of both groups were hindgut 〉 midgut 〉 foregut 〉 hepatopancreas. In total, the digestive enzyme activities of 1 year old fish were higher than those of 2 years old fish. The protease and amylase activities in the two groups had significant differences, whereas the lipase activities in the two groups had no significant differences. The results indicated that content of protein and carbohydrate should be reduced properly in artificial diets of 2 years old A. nigrocauda.
