摘要 用胚胎固定脱膜方法对黑尾近红鲌(Anoherythroculter nigrocauda)胚胎发育进行连续观察,研究其胚胎正常发育特征。结果表明:黑尾近红鲌卵黏性,成熟时为淡黄色,卵膜透明,直径(0.90±0.03)mm。受精时卵呈淡黄色,圆形,直径为(0.94±0.05)mm,遇水膨胀后为(1.20±0.05)mm。在水温为24.5℃的孵育条件下,历时50h完成胚胎发育过程。其中,受精卵经25 min开始胚胎发育,45 min时进入2细胞期,5h 15 min时进入囊胚期,7h 25 min时进入原肠期,10h 15min进入神经胚期。受精后15h 55 min进入尾芽期,50h时50%以上的胚体孵出。刚出膜的仔鱼长约(4.10±0.02)mm。 In this paper, the embryonic development of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda was observed by the technique of embryo fixation. The results showed that mature eggs of A. nigrocauda are glutinous, lucency, primrose yellow and oval in shape with a diameter(0. 90±0.03)mm. The fertilized eggs were primrose yellow and rotundity. The average diameter of the newly-fertilized eggs was about(0.94±0.05)mm and(1. 20±0.05)mm after absorbing water. The fertilized eggs came into the two -cell stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, embryos stage and tail bud stage at about 45 min, 5 h 15 min, 7 h 25 min, 10 h 15 rain and 15 h 55 rain after fertilization, respectively. Fifty percent of the newly-hatched larvae of A. nigrocauda began to break the egg membranes and came out at 50 h after fertilization when the water temperature is around 24. 5℃. The average length of each newly hatched fry was(4.10±0.02)mm.
