摘要
为了研究中药白花蛇舌草对肉鸡免疫力的调节作用,探讨其作用机理。在体外培养的肉鸡血液和脾脏淋巴细胞中加入不同浓度的白花蛇舌草水煎剂、粗多糖和总黄酮等成分,观测其对淋巴细胞增殖功能的影响。白花蛇舌草水煎剂、粗多糖和总黄酮分别在浓度为4 000 mg/L、1 000 mg/L^2 000 mg/L和5 mg/L^100 mg/L时对鸡血液淋巴细胞有明显的刺激增殖作用(P<0.05),在浓度为200 mg/L^800 mg/L、10 mg/L^1 600 mg/L和25 mg/L^50 mg/L时对鸡脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖具有明显的刺激作用(P<0.05)。研究结果说明白花蛇舌草水煎剂、粗多糖和总黄酮对体外培养的肉鸡淋巴细胞的增殖均有促进作用。
The immune regulations effect and action mechanism of Oldenlandia on broiler chicken were studied.Different concentrations of Oldenlandia decoction,crude polysaccharides and total flavonoids were added in haemal lymphocyte and splenic lymphocyte cultured in vitro.The effect of them on lymphocyte proliferation was investigated.Oldenlandia decoction,crude polysaccharides and total flavonoids could directly irritate haemal lymphocyte proliferation at the concentration of 4 000 mg/L,1 000 mg/L-2 000 mg/L and 5 mg/L-100 mg/L（P0.05）,respectively.They had apparently irritated splenetic lymphocyte proliferation when their concentration were 200 mg/L-800 mg/L,10 mg/L-1 600 mg/,25 mg/L-50 mg/L（P0.05）.Oldenlandia decoction,crude polysaccharides and total flavonoids could directly irritate haemal lymphocyte proliferation and splenic lymphocyte proliferation.
