摘要
目的 :从免疫学方面探讨白花蛇舌草对小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应和IL 2生成的影响。方法 :用1 0 0 %白花蛇舌草水煎液定期给小鼠连续灌胃 1 5d ,1次 /天 ,检测小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应和IL 2的产生。 结果 :白花蛇舌草对以上两项免疫学指标均有明显增强作用 ,与对照组相比均有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。 结论 :白花蛇舌草可促进小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应和IL
Objective:To research the effect of ODR on hemopoietic function and production of IL 2 in mice from the viewpoint of immunology.Methods:After filling stomachs of mice with 100% ODR water extract,one time every day for 15 days,the proliferation of bone marrow cells and IL 2 production were tested.Results:Proliferation of bone marrow cells and production of IL 2 increased obviously in test group ( P <0 01)compared with those in control group.Conclusion:ODR could promote the proliferation of bone marrow cells and the production of IL 2 in mice.
