摘要
经前期综合征的机制研究及其治疗药物的研发都离不开有效的动物模型的建立,目前常用的动物模型都有其局限性,而药物诱导加社会环境应激模型则可以较好地表现经前期综合征症状。现阶段研究经前期综合征的动物模型出发,总结分析常用的动物模型及最新的经前期综合征动物模型,以期为经前期综合征的研究提供理论参考。
Study of premenstrual syndrome mechanism and therapy drugs mainly depends on effective animal models.Now some general animal models have their limitations,while drugs plus social stress induced models of research and development possess the ability to manifest symptoms of premenstrual syndrome in a more comprehensive way.According to the research of the animal models at the present of stage,the paper summaries the general and new animal mldel so as to provide the theoretical references for premenstrual syndrome study.
