摘要
对近年来中医药研究领域运用的脑出血动物模型的造模方法:胶原酶诱导法、脑内注血法、自发性脑出血大鼠、明矾溶液脑内注射法、病证结合法的应用进行综述并对其做一评价,从而提出建立合理的病证结合动物模型是中医药防治脑出血实验研究的基础。
The article summarized observational indexes and classification and Animal Model of Cerebral Hemorrhage used in TCM recent study. It was enumerated and evaluated of application of the diversified models built by some means such as collagenase injection, autologous blood injection, combination of disease and syndrome. It is suggested that animal model of combination of disease and syndrome with multiplicate pathogeny will be the base of experimental study on TCM preventing and treating cerebral hemorrhage.
