摘要
通过对近年来国内外建立的支气管哮喘体内外动物模型的研究进行总结，从常用动物的选择、模型的分类到模型的应用及仍然存在的问题等方面进行综合分析，强调在实际运用时，不应该拘泥于某一种模型，而应该根据实验目的选择最能敏感地反映出研究指标的动物模型。
Through reviewing recent animal modeling researches of asthma home and abroad, a comprehensive analysis is carried out from the selection of experimental animals for asthma researches to the classification and application of animal models ultimately to the existing questions. It emphasizes that animal models should be selected according to the purposes of the research, thus reflecting the index of research most sensitively in practical use,but should not adhere to one certain model.
