摘要
本文以教学科研型高校为对象,采用委托代理理论,分析了高校管理者和年轻教师之间形成的委托代理关系,得出了代理人的科研项目的好坏程度和代理人的代理能力水平与委托人的最优期望收益成正相关关系,并得出随着教师教学努力重要性的增强,高校管理者应该增加对教师教学努力的激励。
In this paper,university teaching and research-based targeting,using principal-agent theory,analysis of the young teachers in colleges and universities formed between the managers and the principal-agent relationship,obtained good or bad agent＇s research and development in the extent and level of competence and a proxy agent the client＇s optimal expected return is positively related to relationship and come to work with the teacher＇s teaching the importance of strengthening,college administrators should increase efforts to encourage the teaching of teachers.
