摘要 目的建立非水电位滴定法测定盐酸金刚烷胺的含量。方法电位滴定法以冰醋酸为溶剂,用适量醋酐代替醋酸汞增大终点突跃。结果与现行标准测定结果基本一致。结论该方法有效地革除了汞盐,滴定突跃明显且操作简便快速,可用于盐酸金刚烷胺的质量控制。 Objective To establish the method for determination of amantadine hydrochloride.Methods Potentiometric titration was used.Amantadine hydrochloride was dissolved in glacial acetic acid-acetic anhydride(1.5∶1).Mercuric acetate was replaced by moderate acetic anhydride for receiving evident abrupt change.Results The results obtained by the two methods were almost consistent.Conclusion The experimental result proved that the proposed method is effective for avoiding the use of mercuric acetate.One abrupt change was received in the titration curve.It provided a very simple,effective and friendly to environment method in quality control of amantadine hydrochloride.
