摘要
目的:建立原子荧光光谱法测定红花中重金属的含量。方法:采用干灰化法消解红花样品后,用原子荧光光谱法测定其中的砷、汞、铅,镉的含量,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果:对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数r>0.9993,回收率为84.2%~104.9%,RSD<5%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为中药材中重金属含量测定提供了较好的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination the contents of heavy metals in Safflower by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods:Digestion of sample by dry Asking method,using atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of Safflower in As、Hg、Pd、Cd contents,we studied the conditions that can affect the result of experiment.Results:The measuring element,a correlation coefficient r〉0.9993,the recovery rate of 84.2%-104.9%,RSD〈5%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,high sensitivity,accurate,precision and low detection limits,and provides a better method for determination of the heavy metals content in Chinese medicines.
