摘要
以牟氏角毛藻作为试验材料,通过向培养液中通入5种不同比值的CO2与空气的混合气体培养牟氏角毛藻,研究了CO2/空气比值对海洋产能微藻的生长以及总脂含量的影响。结果显示:CO2/空气的比值对牟氏角毛藻的相对生长率、总脂含量、总脂日增量均有极显著影响;牟氏角毛藻在CO2/空气=1/15时相对生长率最高,为1.76 d-1;总脂含量百分比最高,为31.26%;总脂日增量也最高,为样品藻初始干重的0.75倍。牟氏角毛藻的总不饱和脂肪酸的含量随CO2/空气比值的减小而增加,CO2/空气=1/25时最高,达70.27%;CO2/空气=1/5时最低,为65.28%。研究表明,CO2/空气=1/15的混合气体最适合牟氏角毛藻的生长以及粗脂肪的积累;CO2/空气=1/25最适合牟氏角毛藻不饱和脂肪酸的积累。
The effects of the different CO2 /air ratios on the growth and total lipid content of Chaetoceros muelleri were studied by adding gas mixture with five different CO2 /air ratios to the culture medium of Chaetoceros muelleri.The results showed that the CO2 /air ratio has extremely effect on relative growth rate,total lipid content and daily increment of total lipid of Chaetoceros muelleri;when CO2 /air ratio was 1/15,the relative growth rate of Chaetoceros muelleri was the highest with K=1.76 d-1,the percentage of total lipid content of it was also the highest with P=31.26%,and the daily increment of total lipid still was the highest with Q=0.75;the content of the total unsaturated fatty acid of Chaetoceros muelleri increased with decreasing CO2 /air ratio,when CO2 /air ratio was 1/25,it reached the highest with 70.27%,when CO2 /air ratio was 1/5,it was the lowest with 65.28%.This study showed that the CO2 /air ratio of 1/15 is the optimum ratio for the growth and the crude-fat accumulation of Chaetoceros muelleri,and the CO2/air ratio of 1/25 is the optimum ratio for the accumulation of unsaturated fatty acids of Chaetoceros muelleri.
