摘要
为探索牟氏角毛藻作为生物燃料的原材料的可行性,以牟氏角毛藻为试验材料,研究了C/N和CO2/空气2个因素5个水平对海洋产能微藻的生长以及总脂含量的影响。结果表明:C/N=2、CO2/空气=1/15时,牟氏角毛藻的相对生长率最高,为1.98/d;C/N=3、CO2/空气=1/25时,平均生长率最低,为1.35/d;C/N=5/1、CO2/空气=1/15时,总脂含量最高,为31.25%;C/N=1/1、CO2/空气=1/5时,总脂含量最低,为26.71%;C/N=2/1、CO2/空气=1/15时,总脂日增长量最大,为0.84 g;C/N=4/1、CO2/空气=1/25时总脂日增量最小,为0.45 g;C/N=2/1、CO2/空气=1/15时,牟氏角毛藻生长最快,且总脂肪积累速度也最快,最适合利用牟氏角毛藻大规模生产生物燃料。
Chaetoceros muelleri was cultured on the medium with different C/N and CO2/air ratio to study the effects of C/N and CO2 /air ratio on its growth and total lipid content for probing the feasibility to take Chaetoceros muelleri as a bio-fuel material.The results showed that the relative growth rate of Chaetoceros muelleri cultured under the condition of C/N=2/1 and CO2/air=1/15 reached 1.98/d(the highest),the mean growth rate of Chaetoceros muelleri cultured under the condition of C/N=3/1 and CO2/air=1/25 was 1.35/d(the lowest),the total lipid content of Chaetoceros muelleri cultured under the condition of C/N=1/1 and CO2/air=1/5 was up to 31.25%(the highest),the total lipid content of Chaetoceros muelleri cultured under the condition of C/N=2/1 and CO2/air=1/15 was 26.71%(the lowest),the daily increment of total lipid Chaetoceros muelleri cultured under the condition of C/N=2/1 and CO2/air=1/15 was 0.84g(the highest),the daily increment of total lipid Chaetoceros muelleri cultured under the condition of C/N=4/1 and CO2/air=1/25 was 0.45g(the lowest),and the relative growth speed and total lipid daily increment of Chaetoceros muelleri cultured under the condition of C/N=2/1 and CO2/air=1/15 were the highest.
