摘要
目的：建立顶空气相色谱法测定川贝枇杷糖浆中薄荷脑的含量。方法：采用顶空进样测定。Agilent HP-5石英毛细管柱（30×0.32mm,0.25μm）载气为高纯氮气,FID检测器,检测器温度为250℃,柱温为130℃,顶空进样平衡温度：80℃;平衡时间30min。结果：薄荷脑线性范围为0.400-40.400μg/ml（r=0.9997）,平均加样回收率为97.92%,RSD%为2.11%。结论：该方法操作简单,快速可行,结果可靠。
Objective：To establish a HS-GC method for determining of menthol in Chuanbei Pipa Tangjiang.Methods：HS-GC method was used.Column was Agilent HP-5 capillary column（30×0.32mm,0.25μm）,The carried gas was nitrogen.with FID detector,the detector temperature were 250℃,the column temperature were 130℃,The containers of head-space injector were in equilibrium at 80℃ for 30min.Results：The linear range of betaine were at 0.400～40.400μg/ml（r =0.9997）,The average recovery（n=6） were 97.92%,with RSD 2.11%.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of menthol in Chuanbei Pipa Tangjiang.
