摘要
目的研究制定猕猴桃根的质量标准。方法采用性状鉴别、粉末显微鉴别、灰分测定、酸不溶性灰分、水份测定的方法作系统的生药学研究。结果猕猴桃根的纤维、草酸钙针晶、木栓细胞、石细胞均可作为其鉴别特征。结论该研究可为制订猕猴桃根药材质量标准、研究和利用该药资源提供理论依据。
Objective To study the quality criteria of Actinidia chinensis Planch. Methods The methods of identification of property, microscopic identification of powder, determination of ash, and the determination of acid insoluble ash and water were used in systematic pharmacognostical study. Results Atraetylodes macrocephala Koidz, transection structure fiber synanthrin, crystalline calcium oxalatc, cork cell and stone cell could be regarded as the identification characters. Conclusion The study provides theoretical basis and evidences for the implementation of the quality criteria of this medicinal material and the study and utilization of this medicinal material source.
