摘要
采用静态顶空气相色谱法,即β,β’-氧二丙腈填充柱,火焰光度检测器(FPD),研究了气液体积比、平衡时间、ρ(NaCl)等因素对废水中甲硫醚测定的影响,建立了废水中甲硫醚测定的新方法,取得了0.02mg/L的检出限、97.6%~103.4%的回收率和0.79/6~2.0%的相对标准偏差。该方法简单,快速,准确。
Based on the method of static headspace-GC with β,β'-oxydipropionitrile packed column and flame photometric detector (FPD) , factors influencing the determination such as equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time, gas and liquid phase ratio, concentration of salt in water were discussed. A new method of determination of the dimethyl sulfide concentration in wastewater is established. And the detection limit is 0.02 mg/L. The recovery of dimethyl sulfide falls within the range of 97.6%-103.4%, and corresponding RSD within 0.7% -2.0%. The method is simple, direct and accurate.
