摘要
用不同配比甘蔗叶进行鸡腿菇袋栽试验,结果表明,以75%甘蔗叶加10%棉籽壳、8%麦麸、5%桐麸组成的培养基配方栽培鸡腿菇,生物转化率最高。
The leaves of sugarcane （Saccharum officinarum L.） were evaluated for suitability as substrate for cultivation of the Coprinus comatus. The substrates C which mixed with 75 % of sugarcane leaves, 8% of wheat bran and 5% portia tree bran was the best substrate in fruit body production of C. comatus.
