摘要
分别采用3个培养料配方,对鸡腿菇夏季日光温室栽培技术进行了试验,结果表明用棉籽壳为主料,菌丝生长最好,现蕾期较短,感染率最低,产量最高,但发菌期最长;用棉籽壳、玉米芯为主料,菌丝生长较好,现蕾期较短,感染率较低,产量较高;用玉米芯、白灵菇废料为主料,菌丝生长较差,发菌期最短,现蕾期较长,感染率最高,产量最低。夏季,在日光温室前屋面上加盖草苫,周围种植长蔓植物,可将温度控制在25℃以下,创造适宜鸡腿菇生长发育的环境条件。
Three formulations of Coprinus comatus Gray proceed test in sunlight greenhouse in summer were adopted respectivety. The results showed : the first formulation adopted the cotton seed hull had the best hypha growth, shorter period of appearance, lowest miscellaneous rates, highest yield, longest period of growing germ period ; the second formulation adopted the cotton seed hull and corn, had the better hypha growth, shorter period of appearance, lower miscellaneous rates, higher yield; the third formulation adopted corn, Pleurotus nebrodensis waste compost had the worse hypha growth, shortest period of growing germ, longer period of appearance, highest miscellaneous rates, lowest yield. In different places suitable formulation was selected. For the sake of giving Coprinus comatus Gray a moderate condition of growing, we could keep temperature under 25 ℃ if covered the grass in the front of sunlight greenhouse wall and planted the longer plants around the greenhouse.
