摘要
甘蔗叶和甘蔗渣、糖蜜、糖泥是甘蔗收获和加工过程中的主要废弃物和副产物。对甘蔗田间废弃物及制糖副产物的研究及利用情况进行了综述,并展望了甘蔗田间废弃物及制糖副产物的开发利用前景。通过阐述副产物的综合利用现状以及存在的问题,为我国甘蔗产业开展副产物和废弃物综合利用新途径研究和新产品开发提供参考。
Sugarcane leaves as well as sugar cane bagasse, molasses and mud are the main wastes and byproducts in the process of harvest and processing. The utilization situation of sugarcane field wastes and sugar refining byproducts was reviewed. The prospect for exploitation and utilization of them was also discussed. This review provided a reference for sugar refining industry on the comprehensive utilization of byproducts and wastes through explore new approaches and develop new products.
