摘要
鸡腿菇是一种营养价值较高、市场前景广阔、栽培价值较高的珍稀食用菌。主要从品种选择、栽培季节、覆土技术、出菇方式、栽培原料配方等方面综述了鸡腿菇模式化栽培技术,并提出了鸡腿菇栽培产业化的发展方向。
Coprinus comatus is a rare edible fungus with high nutritional value,wide market prospects and higher cultivation value.In this paper,the modeling cultivation technology of Coprinus comatus was summarized from the following aspects: variety selection,cultivation season,land-covering technique,fruiting mode and recipe of cultivation raw materials,and the developmental direction of the industrialization of Coprinus comatus cultivation in the future was put forward.
