摘要
立足于高校图书馆知识共享过程的视角,分别从知识共享主体、对象、手段和环境四个方面,对知识共享的影响因素进行系统分析,并在此基础上深入探讨知识共享的实现机制与解决策略。
Based on the perspective of knowledge sharing process in college library, this paper analyzes systematically influential factors of knowledge sharing from four aspects： subject, object, means and environment. On this basis, the paper discusses in depth implementation mechanism and solving strategies of knowledge sharing.
