摘要 [目的/意义]随着国家"双一流"战略全面开展,学科服务成为图书馆主动对接高校一流学科建设的重要平台。在此背景下,构建科学高效的学科服务体系成为高校图书馆亟待攻坚的重要课题。[方法/过程]文章首先对"双一流"背景下高校图书馆学科服务新理念展开探索,多维度挖掘制约我国高校图书馆学科服务创新发展的问题和障碍,并结合国内外高校图书馆学科服务的优势经验展开对比分析,深入剖析问题存在的主要原因。[结果/结论]基于我国高校图书馆学科服务发展的问题和障碍,主动融入"双一流"建设战略,有的放矢地提出"强化顶层设计+开发人力资源+创新服务机制+找准学科服务坐标系"学科服务发展体系,切实推动高校图书馆学科服务实现内涵式发展。 [Purpose/Significance]With the national“Double First-Class”strategy fully developed,the subject service has become an important platform for the library to actively connect with the first-class discipline construction in colleges and universities.In this context,the construction of a scientific and efficient subject service system has become an important issue for university libraries to be tackled.[Method/Process]Firstly,the article explored the new concept of subject service in university libraries under the background of“Double First-Class”,and explored the problems and obstacles that restrict the development of subject service innovation in Chinese university libraries in a multi-dimensional way,and compared the advantages and experiences of the subject services of university libraries at home and abroad.Analysis,in-depth analysis of the main reasons for the existence of the problem.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the problems and obstacles in the development of subject service in Chinese university libraries,actively integrate into the“Double First-Class”construction strategy,this paper put forward the subject service development system of“enhanced top-level design+development human resources+innovative service mechanism+identification of subject service coordinate system”to effectively promote the realization of academic services in university libraries.Connotative development.
