摘要
知识生态学是知识管理理论的延伸和拓展,它试图将生态学的有关观点和理论与知识管理相结合来推动组织知识创新水平。知识生态系统理论体系从生态系统的角度出发,研究知识生态系统的概念、模型、系统功能、系统内外关系以及知识生态系统的管理和发育等内容。知识生态系统论为知识生态学理论研究提供了一种新的途径,有助于其理论体系的完善和发展。
Knowledge ecology theory is an extension and expansion of knowledge management, and it attempts to combine the ideas and theories or ecology with knowledge management to improve organizational knowledge innovation. From the perspective of the ecosystem, the theories of Knowledge Ecological System include the concept, model, system functions, system internal and external relationships, and knowledge of ecosystem management and development. It provides a new way for study of Knowledge Ecology theory, and contributes to it＇s improvement and development.
