摘要
本文对图书馆学习的必要性从图书馆内外环境的角度进行了阐述 ,对图书馆中的关键问题知识共享问题进行了分析 。
This article explains the necessity of from the point of view of the external and internal environment,analyze the key problem in library;finally, put forward the countermeasure to solve the problem.
