摘要
在伊贝母组织培养过程中,建立了稳定的鳞茎发生体系。在鳞茎发生过程中,对PAL活性、淀粉酶活力、核酸含量进行了测定。在整个过程中PAL表现出2个活性高峰,第1个峰与分化无关,第2个峰是愈伤组织分化开始形成鳞茎的特征峰。在鳞茎分化前,淀粉酶活力和核酸含量都逐渐上升到高峰,鳞茎形成后,其逐渐下降,以后比较稳定。
The system of conparatively stable bulb genesis has been built in long term tissue culture of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk. In the course of differentiation of bulbs, two peaks of PAL activity were observed. The first one had nothing to do with differentiation, but the second one was the characteristic peak of bulb differentiation.In the previous period of bulb differentiation, the activity of analysis and the content of nucleic acid inreased gradually to reach the peak, then decreased gradually after differentiation.
