The methods of embryoidinduction from bulb explants and plantled regeneration from embryoids of siberian fritillary and ussuri fritillary are studied. On MS medium supplemented with 2,4D and 6BA, embryoids of siberian fritillary could be produced; And on MS medium supplemented with NAA, KT or 6BA, embryoids of ussuri fritillary could be produced. The further germination of embryoids could only be found on MS medium of no hormones, after it is coultured at a low temperature of 0℃~5℃ for 60 days or so.
