摘要
根据国家电网公司的资产特点和管理现状,构建了国家电网公司资产全寿命周期管理框架体系,该框架体系由总体框架、实施体系和评估改进体系构成。研究并提出了国家电网公司资产全寿命周期管理框架体系各个部分的具体内容,对在公司系统全面开展这项工作进行了系统性的规划和总体安排,对实现公司资产在整个寿命周期的高效率、低成本具有重要意义。
Based on the assets characteristics and management actuality,This article constructs the Framework of Assets Life Cycle Management in State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC）.The framework consists of collectivity framework,im-plementation systeme,valuation and amelioration system.This article studies and put forword the concrete contents of all parts of the Framework of Assets Life Cycle Management in SGCC.This article programs and arranges the assets life cycle management in SGCC.It is very important for SGCC to realize the high efficiency and low cost of power grid assets.
