摘要
在浅析国内输变电资产管理情况、设备管理演变过程和资产管理发展趋势的基础上,按照国网公司统一部署要求,结合华东电网公司管理体制、资产管理特点和已有的资产管理实践,提出了华东电网公司实现"精益化管理"的资产全寿命周期管理目标,以及由管理决策体系、技术支撑体系、资源管控体系、信息服务体系和规范标准体系等五大体系建设所构成的资产全寿命管理框架,全面带动、稳步推进公司资产全寿命周期管理工作的有序开展。
The situation of transmission and transformation asset management, equipment management evolvement, and the development trend of asset management in China were analyzed. Based on that, the targets of asset life cycle management for East China Grid were proposed with consideration of the Company＇ s management mechanism, asset management features, and existing related experience. The framework of asset life cycle management was also recom- mended, which consisted of management decision-making system, technical support system, resource management and control system, information service system, and regulation and criteria system.
