摘要
介绍了集成式工程资产管理(Integrated Engineering Asset Management)的基本概念及基本内容,叙述了华东电网公司从2004年开始在资产全寿命周期管理方面开展的部分工作,结合国内外电力公司在资产全寿命周期管理方面的具体实践,提出了华东公司面临的挑战和建议。
The basic concept of integrated engineering asset management was presented, and the work on asset life cycle management conducted by East China Grid from 2004 was illuminated. Based on actual practice and experience, detailed research tasks in this field were proposed, as well as related challenges in the future.
