摘要
探讨综合性大学护理学本科涉外护理人才培养模式的目标定位、定位依据、基本理念。国际护理方向人才培养有望达到以下目标：提升学生的就业竞争力及对护理专业的热爱程度,提升学校护理专业的整体教学水平,增进与国际、国内同类院校的交流。
This paper discusses the training model of international nursing direction in a comprehensive university,which included training target location,location basis,and basic idea.International nursing training for students is expected to achieve the following objectives：enhancing the employability and competitiveness of students and the passion for the nursing profession,enhancing the whole teaching level of nursing profession,promoting the international communication with similar institutions.
