摘要
介绍了目前国内护理硕士研究生教育及培养方案的现状,并指出了当前护理硕士研究生参与临床实践存在的问题及不足之处,总结了培养护理硕士研究生有效地参与临床实践的基本策略和改进建议。
It introduced the status quo of education and training plans of nursing master graduates, and pointed out existing problems and deficien- cies in nursing master graduates participating in clinical practice. Also it summarized the basic strategies and improvement suggestions for training nurs- ing master graduates participating in clinical practice effectively.
