摘要
文章根据国际护理人才需求状况,在教育国际化的大趋势下,通过对涉外护理教育背景分析,从涉外护理专业人才培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设、教学方法改革和评价体系建立等方面探索我国涉外护理专业人才培养体系的建设,构建符合我国国情的国护理教育模式,为培养具有较强国内外竞争力的、应用型高级护理人才提供理论基础。
According to the market demand for international-oriented nursing talents and the major trend of educational internationalization, hased on the analysis of foreign nursing education background, from the professional training objectives, curriculum, faculty development,teaching method reform and establishment of evaluation system to explore China＇s international nursing professional education system construction, this paper provides a theoretical basis to develop advanced applied nursing talents with strong domestic and international competitiveness.
