Study on Liquid Distribution in Packed Columns

摘要 在300和600毫米直径的塔中,分别填充25~#及40~# Iatalox 填料,以空气-水为介质,采用三种结构型式的液体分布器,改变六种填料高度,在点源及均匀喷淋条件下,研究了分布器结构、填料及填料高度、液体喷淋量和气体流率对塔中液体分布以及壁流的影响,探讨了液体的分布规律。所得结论对工业填料塔设计具有实际参考价值。 The influences of distributor structure,packings,packed bed height,and flowrates of liquid and gas on liquid distribution and wall flow have been studied.Under the conditions of point source and uniform initial distribution,the experiments were conducted for air and water system in 300mm and 600mm i.d.columns packed with 25~# and 40~# Intalox metal tower packings respectively.Threetypes of liquid distributor and six different heights of packing bed were used.Laws governing liquid distribution have been investigated.The conclusion obtainedis of practical value for designing industrial packed columns.
