摘要
在大型液体喷淋装置上对工业槽式液体分布器进行了研究 ,实验液体负荷达到 4 0 0m3/h。研究结果表明 ,塔径和填料直径比值大于 10的工业槽式液体分布器在高液体负荷的情况下存在较大的液体分布不均匀性 ,改造后的液体分布器的平均标准偏差值均小于 10 % ,能够达到较好的液体初始分布。
For industrial profiled-slot liquid distributor, some experimental tests have been conducted on large liquid spraying cycle device, the max flux reaches 400 m^3/h. Results indicate that industrial profiled-slot liquid distributor,d s/d>10, do have obvious liquid maldistribution at large liquid feeds, after alteration, the distributor can obtain preferable liquid distribution, and the average standard deviation value is less than 10%.
