摘要 在φ600mm的填料塔内,分别装填38mm塑料矩鞍和共轭环Ⅱ型、50mm陶瓷矩鞍和阶梯环四种填料时,研究了单相和两相逆流两种情况下液体分布规律。物系为空气-水。实验发现,塔中液体分布具有一定的规律性,几何结构越开放、d_c/d_p越小、气相流速越大,则壁流越严重。气速进一步增大,将导致液体的不均匀分布。在实验范围内系统达到平衡时,模型计算值与实验值吻合良好。 The distribution profiles of the liquid phase with both single phase and two phases countercur-rent flow in the packed tower have been investigated. The internal diameter of the tower is 600mm. The tower is packed with 38-mm plastic ractangle saddles, 38-mm plastic conjugated rings, 50-mm ceramic rectangle saddles and 50-mm cermic cascade rings, respectively. The experimental system is water-air.From the analysis of experimental data, it is found that the smaller the ratio of the column diameter to the packing-size (dc/dp) and the greater the gas flow rate, the more seriously the liquid flows along the wall of the tower. If the gas flow rate increaases further, it will lead to the liquid poor-distributed. The theoretical predicated values well agree with the expermental results.
