摘要
介绍两种适用于分批精馏及多用途填料塔的液体分布器——槽式和双排管式高弹性液体分布器。目前通用型液体分布器的操作弹性一般为4:1,而这种液体分布器,其操作弹性可达10:1左右。本文提出的小孔排量计算方法同样也适用于大型填料塔的液体分布器。
Two kinds of liquid distributors,with high turndown ratio,for batch distillation and multi-purpose packed columns are described in this paper. The turndown ratio of such liquid distributors may be up to10: 1 while that of general one is usually lower than 4: 1. The method for calculating the rate of discharge through orifices is suggested, which is also applicable to those liquid distributors for large packed columns.
