摘要
用Caladine力学模型,并考虑模拟圆筒(锥)形件拉深时,压边圈的约束在模型中坯料周边存在的支反力,建立了圆筒(锥)形件拉深过程中,坯料经过凹模圆角产生弯曲变形的模型。分析圆筒(锥)形件拉深过程中,凹模圆角出口处的附加弯曲应力的变化规律,给出附加弯曲应力的理论公式。理论分析和试验结果说明:所建立的力学模型是有效的;对圆筒形件拉深,在凹模圆角的合理取值范围内。
Mechanics model on bending deformation of the blank through the die radius in the process of the drawing for the circular(cone) shell has been established on the base of Calladine's model.The binding of blank holder on the blank has been considered in the model.Theoretical analysis and test result illustrate that the model established by the paper is valid and the analytic results of the formulate by the paper show a good agreement with the experiments for circular shell within the limits of rational value of the die radius.Law of the normal stress on the section located at the exit of the die radius is analyzed in the process of the drawing for the circular(cone) shell.The theoretical formulate of the law of this normal stress is given.
