摘要
为了提高产品的质量和生产效率,复合模具被广泛运用在工业生产中。钢板护罩结构复杂、质量要求高,因此优化冲压工艺对提高零件的使用性能和降低成本尤为重要。通过对零件落料、成型、冲孔复合模具的结构、工作过程和设计要点的研究,找出合理的设计方案,解决实际生产中的问题。通过实际生产验证,产品质量合格,模具操作简便,安全、实用。
In order to improve product quality and production efficiency, compound die is widely used in industrial production. Optimizing parts stamping process is particularly important to improving performance and reducing cost because of complex steel shield and requirements for high quality. Through research to the component blanking, forming, punching compound die structure, work processes and design elements, the reasonable design scheme is found out to solve practical problems in production. According to the production practice, the quality of the product is good, and the die is safe, practical and easy to operate.
