摘要
对基于Stewart平台的BKX-Ⅰ型并联数控机床进行了连续加工期间(非理想状况下)的准静力学分析,并建立了并联数控机床的运动学模型,导出了伸缩杆两端球铰的瞬时支反力、轴向力及伸缩杆所需最小驱动功率的方程,并指出了瞬时支反力对加工精度的影响。
In the paper, the quasi-statics analysis of BKX-Ⅰ parallel machine tool has been finished, which is based on Stew-art platform in the continuous machining and non-ideal condi-tions. The kinematics model of the machine tool has been built. At the same time, the equations of the axial forces of extensible struts and the minimal driving power have also been obtained. Moreover,the influence of quasi-statics on the machining preci-sion has also been stated.
