The design of round corner of stamping die for continuous rectangular box

摘要 以5A06-O态铝合金连续矩形盒壁板为研究对象,采用有限元模拟和冲压试验相结合的方法,研究了连续矩形盒模具圆角的形状及尺寸对壁板成形的影响规律;综合考虑起皱、开裂、模具磨损等因素,提出了一套模具圆角的改进方案;通过模具改进后的成形试验,证明所用研究方法的有效性和所得结论的正确性。 The deep drawing process of continuous rectangular box of 5A06 aluminum alloy focusing on wall deformation was studied.Combining finite element method and stamping test,the effect of the shape and dimension of the round corner on the deformation rule of the wall was investigated.Comprehensively considering the factors of wrinkle,crack,wear,etc,an improvement scheme for the round corner of die was proposed.The effectiveness of the research method and the validity of the conclusions were proved by the forming tests with improved die structure.
