摘要
采用高分辨HP -PLOTAl2 O3,5 0m× 0 .5 3mm× 15um毛细管色谱柱和高性能的气相色谱仪 ,采用两段程序升温、分流进样的方式建立了一次性测定裂解气中C1 ~C6 烃类组成的分析方法 ,实现了C1 ~C6 2 3种烃类异构体的基线分离。本方法快速准确 ,一次分析时间 30min ,应用于全国首套重油催化裂解制乙烯 (HCC)工业化试验装置的裂解气及其它样品的烃类组成分析中 ,取得了令人满意的结果 。
MTBE was a kind of high octane value oil which was used to produce high-grade and no-lead gas oil.It was very useful to measure accurately the octane in the concoction of gas oil and manufacture. the measurement method of MTBE octane value with gas chromatography was introduced. At the same time,the octane value mixing MTBE was also measured.By the measurement of the octane value,the mixing effect of MTBE was mastered and the true octane value of MTBE of catalytic cracked gas oil was confirmed ,which was nearly 108/RON,in the concoction of no-lead gas oil and mamufacture in the No.2 refinery.This was used as the guidance of producing no-lead gas oil.
