摘要
为探讨钙离子通道阻滞剂——异搏定滴眼剂对眼内压及视网膜中央动脉血流的影响，对２５例健康志愿者右眼点０．１２５％异搏定滴眼剂，应用压平式眼压计及彩色多普勒超声检查仪，观察其对眼压及网膜中央动脉血流的影响。结果：局部应用０．１２５％异搏定滴眼，对心率和血压无影响，用药２小时后眼压明显下降，视网膜中央动脉收缩期血流速度、舒张末期血流速度明显增加，而血管阻抗指数则明显下降。结论：局部应用０．１２５％异搏定滴眼剂可降低眼内压并能改善视网膜视神经血液循环。
Objectives:To investigate the effect of topical administration of the calcium channel blocker verapamil on intraocular pressure and central retinal artery blood flow.Methods:Twenty five normal human volunleers were studied we examined the efftcts of topical adininistration of verapamil by using applanation tonomeler and color Doppler ultrasound imaging to measure intraocular Pressure and central retinal artery blood flow.Results:No systemic effect on heart rate or blood prtssure was detected after administration of topical verapamil· The intraocular pressure significantly decreased compared with basebine two hours afler topical 0 125% verapamil· The systolic velocities and diastolic velocities in the central retinal artery were significantly increaed two hours after topical verapamil,but,an indox of vascular resistance was significantly reduced.conclusin:Toplical administration of verapamil decreases intraocular pressure and increases central retinal artery blood flow.
