摘要
目的观察超声乳化白内障吸除术对于糖尿病患者眼血流动力学的影响。方法对比分析30例行超声乳化白内障吸出术的糖尿病患者手术眼与对侧未手术眼以及30例无糖尿病患者行超声乳化白内障吸出术者手术前及术后1d，视网膜中央动脉、中央静脉血流动力学：PSV、EDV、RI、V—maxV—min测量资料。结果糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化手术术眼术前平均PSV为（9．19±3．17）cm/s，术后为（10．39±3．03）cm／s，二者比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；未手术眼初次检查PSV为（9．06±2．67）cm／s，术后复查为（8．60±3．19）cm／s，二者比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。无糖尿病患者行白内障超声乳化手术眼术前PSV为（10．13±2．57）cm／s，术后为（10．80±3．33）cm/s，二者比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；三组患者视网膜中央静脉最大血流速度V—max在手术前后也观测到如上结果，而EDV、RI、V—min的变化无统计学差异。结论糖尿病患者行超声乳化白内障吸除术后视网膜中央血管的血流动力学会发生改变。
Objective To investigate the effects ofphacoemulsification on Hemodynamic of the CRA and CRV in diabeties.Methods Thirty eyes of cataract in diabetics were chosen randomly for measurement of the PSV、EDV、RI,V-max and V-min before phacoemnlsification and 1 day after surgery.The other eyes in these patients and 30 eyes of cataract in nondiabetic patients with phacoemulsification were as control.Results In 30 eyes of diabetics with phacoemulsification,the mean PSV were （9.19±3.17）cm/s preoperatively and （ 10.39±3.03 ）cm/s postoperatively,and the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）.In 30 eyes of diabetic with- out surgery the mean PSV were （9.06±2.67）crn/s preoperatively and （8.60±3.19）cm/s postoperatively, and the difference was not significant （P 〉0.05 ）.In 30 eyes of cataract in nondiabetic patients the mean PSV were （ 10.13 ±2.57）cm/s preoperatively and （10.80± 3.33 ）cm/s postoperatively, and the difference was not significant （P 〉0.05 ）.Same change was observed in the V-max of the CRV,but the difference to EDV, RI, V-min were not found.Couelusion The phacoemulsification will lead to Hemodynamic＇ s change in diabetics.
