摘要
作者观察钙通道阻滞剂异搏定对兔眼压的影响.用Schiotz眼压计测初压后,在兔眼滴入1滴(50μl)0.125%,0.15%,0.25%或0.5%异搏定,用药后0.5,1,3,6和8 h各测眼压1次.结果表明异搏定有明显的降兔眼压作用(P<0.05),用药后0.5 h眼压开始下降,3 h降至最低点,平均下降0.79kPa,降压作用持续8 h以上.还可降低房水生成率及房水总蛋白浓度.降兔眼压的机理与减少房水分泌有关,对房水的排出无影响.其对兔眼压的影响与0.5%噻吗心安无显著差别.
We investigated the effect of calcium channel blocker verapamil on intraoadar pressure (IOP )in rabbits . After a baseline measurement was obtained with Schiotz tonometer , one drop (50 μl ) of 0.125% , 0.15% , 0.25% or 0.5% verapamil was instilled in one eye of the rabbits . After 0.5, 1, 3, 6 and 8 hours the readings of TOP were taken . The results showed that verapamil reduce IOP in rabbits significantly (P<0.05 ). The IOP begins to drop at 0.5 h , reached the lowest point at 3 h , the mean pressure- lowered is 0.79 kPa , and the effect lasted for 8 hours . Verapamil can reduce the rate of flow and the aqueous humor protein in rabbits . The mechanism of reduction on IOP in rabbits is due to decreasing the secretion of aqueous humor , not related to exclusion . There is no difference when we compared the effect of 0.5% timolol.
