摘要
为探讨进驻高原不同海拔高度和不同居住时间健康青年血清心肌酶活性的变化,对从平原(海拔1400m)进驻海拔3700m和5380m高度第7天及半年的84名青年,进行血清AST、CK、LDH、α-HBDH检测,并与平原健康青年作对照。结果显示:进驻高原AST、CK、LDH及α─HBDH均显著高于平原(P<0.05或P<001)。进驻海拔3700m,第7天较居住半年时LDH显著增高(P<0.05),AST、CK、α-HBDH虽然增高但无统计学差异(P>0.05),进驻5380m第7天较居住半年时AST显著增高(P<0.05),LDH、CK、α—HBDH增高非常显著(P<0.01)。进驻高原第7天,5380m较3700mAST、LDH增高显著(P<0.05),CK、α—HBDH增高非常显著(P<0.01),进驻高原半年时,海拔5380m与3700m比较LDH、CK增高显著(P<0.05),α—HBDH增高非常显著(P<0.01),AST无显著性差异(P>0.05)。笔者认为,高原低氧对心肌细胞有损伤,其损伤程度可能与急、慢性缺氧程度有关。
In order to explore the changes of the activities of the serum myocardial enzyme,we had determined the 84 youths of AST,CK,LDH and α-HBDH, when they arrived on high altitude (3700m) and higher elevation (5380m) for the seventh day or stayed their for six months. They came from the plain (1400m), and are compared with plain healthy youth. The results show:The activities of AST, CK,LDH and α- HBDH are far higher than those of the plain(P<0.05 or P <0.01 ). Compared the seventh day with six months at 3700m above sea level,LDH is increased (P<0.05 ), AST, CK and α- HBDH were increased also,but no notable discrepancy (P> 0.05 ); Compare the seventh day with the six months at 5380m, AST is increased (P<0.05 ), and LDH, CK, α- HBDH were increased notably (P<0.01 ). In the seventh day, compare 538Om with 3700m AST and LDH were increased (P<0.05),CK and α-HBDH were increased notably(P<0.01); After six months, compare 5380m with 3700m, LDH and CK were increased (P<0.05), and α-HBDH is increased obviously (P<0.01). AST has no notable discrepancy (P>0.05). The writers consider that myocardial cell had damaged under high altitude hypoxia, its damage degree have an impact on acute and chronic hypoxia level.
