高压氧干预对初入高海拔地区青年肺功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨高压氧干预对初入高海拔地区青年肺功能的影响,为促进高原习服、降低急性高原病的发病率提供新的措施。方法将42名受试者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组14人。于进驻高原前2天对A组在海拔1 400m进行高压氧预治疗,每天1次共2次;于第3日3组青年同时乘汽车历时2天到达海拔3700m地区休整2天,同时对B组进行高压氧预治疗(方法同A组);C组为对照组。于第7日3组青年同时乘汽车历时1天到达海拔5 200m某边防哨卡。在进驻哨卡第3天对3组青年检测肺功能。检测指标包括FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、MMEF、PEF和MVV。结果A组及B组各指标均显著高于C组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);但在不同海拔高度进行高压氧预治疗的A和B两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论高压氧预治疗能提高初入高海拔地区青年的肺通气功能,可以促进高原习服,降低急性高原病的发病率。 Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) preconditioning on pulmonary function of transients at high altitude. Methods 42 subjects randomly divided into 3groups : 14 subjects in group A received HBO pretreatment once per day for 2 days at 1400m altitude 2 days before ascending to high altitude, group B received the same HBO at 3700m altitude, group C was control group. Pulmonary function was tested the third day when they reached 5200m, including FVC, FEVI , FEV1%, MMEF, PEF and MVV. Results Compared with control group, all index in group A and B were increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference between group A and B (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion HBO preconditioning can improve pulmonary function of transients at high altitude and accelerate adaptation at high altitude.
